This session, specifically designed for those in the restaurant industry, will discuss legal considerations for opening your restaurant including understanding the lease and license requirements, legal requirements for growing your business and exit strategies for closing your business.  Program presenters are Andrew J. Kline, Esq and Scott  Rome, Esq., of The Law Offices of Andrew J. Kline.

This event is provided free-of-charge as a service of the DC Chamber of Commerce.  The City Club at Franklin Square is metro accessible by McPherson Square or Metro Center.
